We are located just off Jackson and Anderson Road, close to restaurants, package stores, and grocery stores. The location is easy to get around without having to fight Oxford traffic - especially on big weekends.

Your stay will start with an easy check-in. That includes keyless entry with a code dedicated just for you.

You will enter into our comfortable living area that is furnished with a brand new furniture that includes a sectional with a pull out sofa bed and loveseat for additional seating. There is a smart TV and some games for your use.

Our kitchen is newly renovated and equipped for preparing food and has plenty of counter space for take-out meals. We’ve included a ninja coffee maker that could be used to make specialty drinks along with options for either a cup, half pot, or a full pot of coffee. We’ve included regular coffee, decaf coffee and two flavored brands along with a selection of teas, creamer, sugar, equal and sweet and low. We also have salt and pepper along with other basic spices and condiments and paper towels and trash bags. Tin foil, Saran Wrap, Tupperware, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods are also there for guest use. There is a Brita water filter and filter is changed monthly. In our kitchen you will find a a table that seats six, (2 chairs are in the laundry room), and cabinets stocked with various cocktail, wine, and champagne glasses. There is a washer and dryer with tide pods and dryer sheets for your use along with an iron and ironing board.

We have an outdoor patio area lighted with string lights, comfortable patio furniture, and a grill. We’ve included all the grilling utensils for your use. This is a great spot for an early morning cup of coffee, pre dinner drinks and apps or late night cocktail and nightcap.

Finally, we have a renovated half bath on the first floor.

When you head up the stairs to the second floor, you will find two bedrooms with queen beds. The beds, mattresses, pillows and linens are all brand new. One bedroom has a walk in closet, but both rooms have closets with hangers, dressers, and luggage racks for your use. Each bedroom has two nightstands, a ring holder, an alarm clock that doubles as a wireless charging device for your cell phone and has USB inputs. Also each room is equipped with a makeup mirror and wipes.

Also upstairs are two fully renovated bathrooms with new showers. Both bathrooms are stocked with hairdryers, towels, Q-tips and cotton swabs along with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash. If more is needed while you’re visiting, we can accommodate that as well. Finally one of the bathrooms also has a curling wand and heated hairbrush.

With two full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom, guests have plenty of room to get ready and enjoy a comfortable stay. The inviting living area and brand new kitchen opens to a private outdoor patio with a furnished seating area, creating the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, relax after a game day, or unwind in the evenings.

The entire condo is yours to enjoy during your stay. With a keypad entry, you’ll have seamless self-check-in and check-out for added convenience and flexibility.
